Haris Biskos Program manager of “synAthina” platform, City of Athens

Haris Biskos is a practicing architect based in Athens. His work encompasses a broad spectrum of projects for the city including master-plans, urban audits and research publications, place-making strategies for deprived areas, temporary interventions in public spaces and strategies for government innovation programs. He is the co-founder of the urban initiative “Traces of Commerce”, a temporary laboratory in space that deals with the problem of vacant arcades within the pragmatic context of the contemporary greek city. He teaches urban design as adjunct faculty in the School of Architecture at the University of Patras.
